CAN I EXCHANGE SIZE OR RETURN MY ITEM?
Yes, you can. You have 30 days from the delivery date to return or exchange the product. The item must be in like-new condition and not made to order. You can exchange for another size or return it for a full refund. If exchanging for a larger size, you’ll receive a payment link for the price difference, as well as the shipping fee. If exchanging for a smaller size, we’ll refund you the price difference. Shipping fee may be applied.
To prevent abusive returns and manage increasing shipping and storage costs, please read the important information below and always contact customer support before returning items. Returns of made-to-order items require prior contact; otherwise, your return may be denied.
Fees may apply if the order is returned damaged (for refunds or exchanges). We do not provide return shipping labels. We cannot refund or exchange items shipped to the wrong address or improperly returned. If a non-eligible item is returned (beyond the return window or damaged), it will not be refunded, and the customer will incur shipping and storage fees to have the merchandise returned.
WHAT’S THE RETURN PROCESS?
Please follow these instructions to return the item(s) for an exchange or refund if they are brand new, unused, and not made to order. Carefully package the item(s) and send them back (with tracking) to the return address below:

Include a note inside the package (preferably on the “pack list sheet” included in your package) with the following information:
Your name and order number
Shipping address
Size you wish to exchange for (“[write item size]”) or “please refund” if you have already placed a replacement order or simply wish to return.
Fees may apply if the order is not received or is damaged (for refunds or exchanges). Returns may not be processed if the note is not included as specified. A $5 fee is deducted from refunds only for first-time customers returning all items from their first order for a refund with no exchanges. No restocking fee applies for exchanges or if you keep some items from your order. The fee is waived for repeat customers.
WHAT IS YOUR 3-MONTH WARRANTY AND WHAT DOES IT COVER?
Our warranty covers premature aging such as abnormal breaking, rusting, or other defects for a period of 3 months from the date of purchase. Contact customer service first.
You may be asked to provide pictures and proof of purchase (usually an order number or the email address/name used for the order) along with a brief description of the issue. If eligible, return the merchandise to us (we do not provide shipping labels).
In most cases, pictures will determine eligibility, but occasionally, we may request the merchandise before making a decision. If a defect is confirmed, we will repair or replace the product at no cost to you other than shipping. Merchandise must always be returned for warranty repair or exchange.

30-Day Returns Policy
You may fully refund or exchange your purchase if you return the item within 30 days of receiving your order, with the exception of custom-made or made-to-order items. The item must be returned in like-new condition and unused. We inspect all returned items at our discretion to determine eligibility for a full refund. To expedite processing, please include a brief reason for your return with your package.
To cover rising shipping and processing costs and prevent abuse of returns/cancellations in the current inflationary environment, a $5 fee is deducted from refunds for first-time customers returning all items from their first order or canceling their order before shipment. No fee applies for exchanges or if you keep some items from your return. The fee is also waived for repeat customers or if you have already placed a replacement order for your exchange or cancellation.
Refunds Policy in Case of Package Loss During Transit
We do not guarantee refunds for lost or stolen packages once they have left our fulfillment center. If your order is lost or stolen, please contact customer service for assistance. Refunds or replacements are considered on a case-by-case basis. No refunds are issued for “stolen items” if the tracking number shows delivery confirmation. You are responsible for ensuring safe delivery of your orders and providing an accurate shipping address.
Refund Policy for the 3-Month Warranty
Our 3-month warranty covers premature aging such as abnormal breaking, rusting, or other defects. Eligible items under warranty will be exchanged for a new one; refunds are discretionary and may be issued as store credit in some cases. The defective item must be returned for warranty service.
Handmade Item Disclaimer
You acknowledge and accept that handmade items may exhibit slight variations from advertised materials, including sizing, length, width, and minor changes in bead patterns or color tones. This disclaimer applies to all handmade item purchases.
Exceptions to the Rules
Exceptions to these policies are granted solely at the discretion of our customer service team, based on purchase history, customer loyalty, and courtesy. Exceptional refunds not meeting standard eligibility criteria are considered gestures of goodwill and handled on a case-by-case basis.
Courtesy to Customer Service and Legal Pursuits
Threats, libel, or chargebacks against our customer service team void warranty and refund entitlements under this policy. Customers engaging in threats or disrespectful behavior towards our team may be blacklisted from further communication. Legal threats are escalated to our legal counsel and may result in legal action if deemed necessary.
